Questions and Answers about MyChart
When will I be able to access MyChart and view my records online?
We have many Clinic locations throughout the county and we will be rolling out our electronic health record system location by location beginning in Spring 2011 and continuing through the end of 2012. You will have access to MyChart when the location where you visit your physician connects online with the system**. If you visit physicians at more than one Sansum Clinic location, you will have partial access to your information via MyChart until all of your physicians are online with the system. Launching the Wave is an exciting step for Sansum Clinic. We appreciate your patience as we work to bring MyChart live.
How do I get access?
Ask your provider, or his or her staff, to activate your MyChart account today! You will then be provided with a "MyChart Activation Letter" which contains detailed instructions and a unique Activation Code.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Only you, approved family members and approved healthcare professionals will be able to access your electronic record and information available in MyChart. Your information is safe from unauthorized access because MyChart is password-protected and delivered via an encrypted connection. MyChart utilizes technology similar to that used by the banking industry to protect your privacy.

We believe that providing you secure access to your information is important to your healthcare.
