Sansum Clinic has been providing excellence in comprehensive healthcare for more than 90 years. We are the largest independent not-for-profit multi-specialty provider of outpatient services between the Los Angeles Basin and the San Francisco Bay Area, providing the full spectrum of services ranging from primary care to more than 30 specialties.
One of the many benefits of receiving care at Sansum Clinic is the coordination of medical services across all departments. Because of this unified approach to healthcare, we have a long history of recruiting the best and the brightest physicians from across the nation.
We have a major initiative underway that will enable us to provide even better care to our patients with the implementation of a state-of-the-art electronic health record system.
In an effort to raise the level of care for everyone (patients and non-patients alike) Sansum Clinic provides medical care without charge or at a reduced fee to residents through preventive care education classes, flu shot clinics, seminars and employee health fairs.
We also work in collaboration with the Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics providing over $250,000 annually in diagnostic services for those people who could not otherwise afford medical services.
The rapid evolution of medical treatments and technologies, and soaring costs, continue to increase the challenges to healthcare today. As a nonprofit organization, Sansum Clinic relies on private support so that we may continue our commitment to the healthcare needs of our community.
